Really interesting testimony today by OPP Commissioner Thomas Carrique at the public commission in Ottawa showing that the provincial police were ready to step in and take the lead on the operational plan and command, when the RCMP showed no inclination to do so and the Ottawa Police Service was struggling during the height of freedom convoy protests earlier this year.
