A new edited book from the publisher Between the Lines is out this month titled Disarm, Defund, Dismantle: Police Abolition in Canada.  It contains chapters written by various scholars and activists out to make police forces a thing of the past in Canada.

A sign of the times, as Nova Scotia considers legislation to criminalize former police members engaged in a hobby.
