A strategic plan for the Delta Police service was released in January 2022:

As the title implies, community engagement is at the top of a list of priorities:

Delta is a growing community south of Vancouver and Richmond, which has major transportation routes running through it and services nearby Roberts Bank and other industrial areas. The Delta Police are an established and independent municipal police force.
