Chris Madsen Posted February 14, 2022 Report Share Posted February 14, 2022 The new Surrey Police Service has released its 2022 Strategic Plan as the force goes on a hiring spree and transitions service for the municipality from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Avtar Johl has been appointed the municipal representative on the new Surrey Police Board, an appointment running to the end of the year. A police board for a municipal police is a requirement under provincial legislation.
