The 2026 CSMMI Annual Convention will once again be held on Friday, June 19 and Saturday, June 20, 2026  at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Centre, in Burlington, Ontario Canada from 9am to 2pm. Registration, table rentals and accommodation reservations are now open.  See these pages for the program, registration form and other show forms and details.

10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  .......  SHOW OPEN TO MEMBERS & THE GENERAL PUBLIC (wrist band policy in effect)

2:00 p.m.  ..........................  Judging of displays commence (see judging criteria form)

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  .......   CSMMI Annual General Meeting & Society Awards Presentation

6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.  ........   CSMMI Social (following the AGM)

SATURDAY, JUNE 20, 2026

7:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.  .....     Breakfast (ticketed event) and Fun Auction

                                              Fun auction open to all CSMMI members in good standing

8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.  .....     Bourse and display areas open for set up

9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. ......     SHOW OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC (wrist band policy in effect)

2:00 p.m. .........................    END OF SHOW   Bourse and display areas close.

2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.  .....    Dismantle displays, pack up militaria and vacate bourse area.
