mikestoltz Posted November 27 Report Posted November 27 We are working with Drew Carter to offer a CPICA 50th anniversary coin. The coin will be offered as a limited edition, coloured, numbered challenge coin. Before manufacturing the coin, we would like to know what size coin would be your preference and how many you would be interested in purchasing so that we can serve the best interests of our community. Please reply here with your size preference, quantity, and any other feedback you may have. We will have more information on pricing shortly. The front and back of the coin is pictured below. Thanks for your interest, Mike, Bob and Drew
Administrators bobpyefinch Posted November 28 Administrators Report Posted November 28 Drew Carter and Mike Stoltz have come up with a great looking coin. Let us know what you think.
Members Drew Carter Posted November 28 Members Report Posted November 28 Thanks for kind remarks - However, full credit needs to go to Mike on this great lookin' design, which made my original design look like home made sin! 🤣 In regards to the size of the coin.........You know what they say....Size matters! I'm not a collector of challenge coins, but I think the average size challenge coin ranges between 45mm to 50mm. Since CPICA is better than average and because it will be a limited run, my vote is on 65mm to 75mm....Not to be ostentatious, but simply one that stands out a wee bit more. Drew mikestoltz 1
Chris Madsen Posted November 28 Report Posted November 28 Prefer 65 mm to 75 mm. Once you give a price, I can decide on quantity. Chris mikestoltz 1
railrooster Posted November 28 Report Posted November 28 I’ll take 2, size 2 inches. Are you planning to make a pvc patch as well ? If so, I’ll take 2.
